My Chemical Romance were the surprise breakthrough act of 2005, gaining themselves the highly coveted support slot on the last Green Day world tour. Following the success of their most recent album “Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge” the band have already begun preparing for their next release.

Tentatively titled “The Rise And Fall Of My Chemical Romance,” this new album will be produced by Rob Cavallo (Green Day). The band will be working on material for it throughout April until the time is right for them to hit the studio – predicted to be around the 10th.

Cavallo hinted to MTV.com that the record may be a concept album. "There's a lot more to be said, but it's too early to say it," he explained. "I just wanted to give fans a taste of what's to come." He did however mention that the album should be out later this year.
